Those looking for a custom training regimen will be paired with one of the experienced personnel. High school athletes attempting to make the jump to Division 1 sports, or proven players pursuing a professional career are matched with veterans who have worked with some of the biggest names in sports from Hall of Fame running backs to staff that played at the professional level themselves. Many of these exercises will not only be focused on overall physical development but specifically designed towards helping members reach particular goals.

Those targeting higher levels in their respective sports will see a heavy focus on improving fundamentals in addition to raw athletic ability. Casual athletes and those simply looking to improve for health reasons will see less technical routines. Schedules and general workouts will be focused on everyday growth (weight loss, strength training). The less technical exercises follow shorter time obligations, making them more suitable for early morning trips to the gym and post-work pit stops. Personal training is a valuable resource for individuals seeking proper direction without the necessary social interaction found at other locations. Members are free to work with or without a trainer, given a support line if any questions may arise.
